We have created this online platform where our customers can have access to order fresh groceries and household essentials from their favourite grocery stores and/or market to be delivered at the comfort of their homes. When you select stores, you will have access to all our partner Grocery and / household essential and pharmacy stores on our website

You can order through our website by selecting all the products you want and adding it to your cart and checking out. You can also order by sending us your list of items through our WhatsApp numbers or SMS. You can also order by sending us your list through our social media platforms.

Yes, you can order grocery and household essentials from specific markets or stores that are not on our platform for a fee.

At SmartDirect, we source our produce from local farmers, local markets and community farms.

We guarantee same day delivery if the order is received before 2pm. We cannot guarantee same day delivery if the order is received after 2pm.

Other questions

We charge 20 cedis for orders of 500 cedis and below. For any orders above 500 cedis we charge 10% (percent) on the order amount. These prices include delivery fees.

You can pay for your orders through Mobile Money, ie. MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Cash, VISA and MasterCard.

We do not accept Cash. You can make payments using your VISA, MasterCard or through a Mobile Money vendor if you do not have a mobile money account. Please indicate your name and the order Number with the Mobile money vendor.

Yes, we offer 50% (percent) discount on our charges for post-secondary school students if they provide their valid student ID.

We currently operate in Accra with short-term plans to expand to all major cities in Ghana and in the long term, expand to other countries in Africa and the rest of the world.
